We are looking for We're seeking a dynamic Product Manager with a keen eye for data to drive strategic initiatives and spearhead transformative projects within our Casino vertical. As a key member of our Product & Tech team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our offerings, leveraging data insights to optimize performance and enhance the user experience. Are you ready to lead the charge in one of our company's most pivotal verticals? What you’ll do Develop and execute growth strategies for the Casino vertical, leveraging data-driven insights to drive innovation and achieve strategic objectives. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects, including market expansions, post-merger integrations, and other transformative initiatives. Collaborate closely with other shared services departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. Establish project governance, implement quality assurance measures, and leverage supportive tools to streamline project management processes. Foster effective communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders, facilitating alignment and driving progress towards key milestones. Take ownership of project deliverables and outcomes, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines. Work closely with senior management to align strategic initiatives with organizational goals and priorities. The ideal candidate should have Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, including planning, scoping, and execution. Driven by results, with strategic, analytical, and excellent coordination skills. Affinity for great User Experience, ensuring that the User comes first. Proven track record for generating and managing significant business growth. Experience in working in an Agile environment. Deep understanding of software development practices in agile environments. Open, friendly, and assertive personality. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to think analytically and work collaboratively. Self-directed, solution-driven individual with strong motivation for working on behalf of a team. Excellent time management and prioritizing skills. CSPO and/or PSPO Certificate. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Product Management role within the iGaming Industry, with a strong focus on data analysis and strategic planning. Desirable: Experience in the iGaming industry or similar verticals. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Results-driven mindset, with a passion for driving business growth and achieving strategic objectives.
